Advanced TVM™ Practitioner

TVM™ Pelvic Floor

Cathy is a warm and dedicated holistic practitioner, renowned for her incredible touch and grounding energy. With a commitment to creating a safe and nurturing space for healing, she guides individuals along the path of elevation, authenticity, and embodiment.

Cathy's introduction to TVM™ was a profound and life-changing experience. She knew it held the key to not only healing herself but also assisting others on their journey toward personal growth. With a diploma in Urban Planning and additional certifications in sustainable and ecological building, and massage therapy, Cathy envisions a world where wellness and clean living bring people together in mutual support. As human beings, our very nature is wired for connection—a built-in design that encourages love, communal living, and emotional bonds.

Rooted in Eastern culture, Cathy's early exposure to somatics nurtured her understanding of the intricate interplay of elements, energy, and meditation, fostering her awareness of the mind-body connection.

Recognizing the significance of releasing stagnant energy within the body, Cathy has immersed herself in over 500 hours of intensive training and mentorship under Majda Zachari, the founder of the modality. She continues to refine her expertise through collaboration with esteemed TVM™ facilitators, ensuring she consistently delivers the highest standard of care to her clients.

Cathy steps forward as a bridge to healing, offering herself as a guide to help you be your authentic self. Her purpose is to support you on the journey of remembrance and sovereignty, ensuring that you not only heal but thrive in your truest essence.

Embark on your transformative path and connect with Cathy today. She offers personalized one-on-one sessions and facilitates group trainings and retreats for those seeking to explore and harness this powerful approach. This year, Cathy is available for sessions and events in Mexico, Thailand, Indonesia, Canada, and the US.
