Sexuality is our life force. And so many of us live in guilt, shame, fear, blame - hiding away our truth because society tells us it's 'not allowed'.

Our Pelvic Region is playful, innocent and joyful. It is full of nerve endings and stores a lot of information. As such, it can also store a lot of trauma.

Trauma doesn't exist in the mind. Trauma is not just a memory. It lives in our body and it manifests as emotional & physical conditions, behaviors, attitudes, REACTIONS - to our surroundings, interactions with others, to our family & friends, to our partner/s, to our business, and most importantly to our Self.

Women are experiencing earlier onset of menopause, something we strongly believe is linked to unresolved trauma, this is why many women are restoring their mensural cycles and experience increase in fertility after receiving TVM™ sessions.

In this retreat we provide a trauma informed container that prioritizes self development & healing in a safe and mature manner. The focus on safety is very important. Women experience trauma very differently than men, the physiological impacts of living in an industrialised nation is detrimental to women’s emotional health and wellbeing, this statement is backed by decades of research including chemical analyses and brain scans. It is undeniable that "modern day" life is not conducive to a women’s health and wellbeing. In this retreat we aim to provide powerful healing, sharing very empowering practices that you can take home with you, and foster a slower paced embodiment experience for your nervous system to heal and your inner femininity to shine.

Sexual Embodiment is an English language 5-day retreat offering for anyone ready to heal their sexual traumas, reconnect with their pelvic innocence, & unconditionally meet themselves- and transform their life.

During this retreat, every participant will get a detailed trauma map, body reading and TVM™ pelvic sessions by Maj & supporting TVM™ Pelvic Floor practitioners.

You are instructed to kindly prepare for the retreat by following the recommended nervous system preparation protocols shared with you upon registeration, and also keep in mind, we recommend a few days after the retreat for a more gentle integration back into your regular pace of life. Supporting protocols will also be shared on how best to do this.

This is a trauma informed retreat, every activity is optional, as we are promoting healthy embodiment, some may choose the option of nudity as part of this healing process.

This is a female physiology only event.

There is the option of staying in the retreat private villa space, or staying nearby and commuting to the retreat space everyday.
